ALL GOOD THINGS

With Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst, Frank Langella, Philip Baker Hall, Lily Rabe

Written by Marcus Hinchey, Marc Smerling
Directed by Andrew Jarecki

A very interesting and gripping true story based around one of New York's most controversial unsolved murder cases. A regular girl falls for the son of a wealthy man. They get married, but the youthful love affair turns dark when her longing to have children and his intense opposition to it drives a wedge between them, resulting in a disappearance and the suspicion of murder, the suspect going to extremes to drop out of society.

The film incorporates new uncovered facts and court records to tell this intriguing tale of unstable personalities and the power of influence, Gosling and Dunst's performances carry the movie well.
